Argentinian Machinery Industry Trade Mission to Australia 2023

On 29th August 2023, delegates from Argentina visited CEI:AgER as part of the Argentinian Machinery Industry Trade Mission to Australia 2023. Guests included representatives from the Embassy of Argentina in Australia, as well as from various companies within the machinery industry from Argentina. The purpose of the Trade Mission was to look at how ties could be strengthened between Argentina and Australia around agricultural machinery. Alongside the delegates from Argentina, Broderick Moncrieff and Emanuel Gomez from UWA were present to lead the tour.

Delegates were offered a CEI:AgER tour and the opportunity to learn about our work and current projects from A/Professor Andrew Guzzomi, Dr Michael Walsh and Dr Carlo Peressini. The delegation was particularly interested in the Weed Chipper.
